These terms of use govern the use of the website orangetable.at and all free tools provided on it — in particular the invoice generator at /de/rechnungsvorlage-oesterreich/erstellen (German-language tool). 2. Nature of the service
The tools provided — in particular templates, the invoice generator and accompanying guidance — are purely practical aids for creating business documents. They are no substitute for tax, legal or accounting advice. No suitability is warranted for special cases (e.g. reverse charge, intra-Community supplies, construction services, e-invoices to public bodies).
3. User obligations
Responsibility for the content, completeness and accuracy of invoices created with the generator rests entirely with the issuing business. This applies in particular to the mandatory details required by § 11 of the Austrian VAT Act (UStG), sequential invoice numbers, correct tax rates and all details regarding the recipient and the supplied goods or services. All details must be carefully checked before sending.
4. Liability
The tools are created with care and provided to the best of our knowledge. No warranty is given for completeness, accuracy, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability for damages is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. Liability for consequential damages — such as tax reclaims, lost input-tax deductions or fines resulting from incorrect invoices — is excluded unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
5. Changes
These terms of use may be adapted as needed to reflect changed legal or technical requirements. The version published on this page at the time of use applies.
